RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 10 days after delivery. Unfortunately, if your purchase was made more than 10 days after delivery ago, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are completely excluded from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift certificates
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.
Only partial refunds will be issued in certain situations.
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 10 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will then be automatically credited.
Late or missing refunds.
If you have not yet received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Offer items.
Refunds can only be issued for regular priced items, unfortunately offer items are excluded from refunds.
Exchange
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an e-mail to support@misonna.com and send the item to the address mentioned in the e-mail.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of the purchase when you return the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate via e-mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift or sent to the gift-giving person at the time of purchase, a refund will be issued to the gift-giving person and the gift-giving person will be notified of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to the address mentioned in the e-mail.
You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
